Pengembangan Marketplace Kampus Berbasis R&D dan Trust By Design
Abstract
Transformasi digital di lingkungan perguruan tinggi mendorong kebutuhan terhadap platform transaksi internal yang mampu mendukung aktivitas jual beli barang dan jasa antarmahasiswa secara lebih terstruktur, aman, dan terdokumentasi. Selama ini, transaksi mahasiswa masih banyak dilakukan melalui media sosial, grup pesan instan, atau komunikasi personal sehingga menimbulkan kendala, seperti informasi cepat tenggelam, pencarian produk tidak optimal, identitas penjual belum terverifikasi, serta riwayat transaksi dan pelaporan belum terpusat. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang, mengimplementasikan, dan mengevaluasi kelayakan prototipe marketplace kampus untuk mendukung transaksi barang dan jasa antarmahasiswa. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur utama transaksi peer-to-peer, mulai dari verifikasi profil, pengelolaan listing, chat, order, pembayaran, hingga panel admin. Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development yang diselaraskan dengan Design Science Research melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan prototipe, implementasi, pengujian, dan evaluasi. Pengembangan perangkat lunak dilakukan secara Agile iteratif-incremental dengan dukungan prototyping untuk validasi antarmuka, sedangkan prinsip Spiral diterapkan secara selektif pada fitur berisiko tinggi seperti autentikasi, keamanan data, dan pembayaran. Pendekatan trust by design digunakan untuk membangun kepercayaan pengguna sejak tahap perancangan. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi Flutter, Supabase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, dan Midtrans sandbox. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan static analysis tanpa issue, SQL smoke test berhasil, 76 unit/widget test lulus, build web dan Android berhasil, serta 24 skenario User Acceptance Testing mencapai keberhasilan 100%. Seluruh fitur utama MVP berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Dengan demikian, prototipe dinyatakan layak untuk beta internal, berkontribusi sebagai model marketplace kampus berbasis kepercayaan, dan menjadi dasar evaluasi penerimaan pengguna menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model.
